It’s In The Jeans

The Story of A Family Business

In a beat-up gas station on the corner of Sweet Briar and 12th Avenue South in Nashville, Tennessee, a love story was born. Two years ago, Matt and Carrie Eddmenson opened their denim shop Imogene + Willie, and the rest is history—a well-tailored history, smelling of hot cotton and cold brass.

They’ve earned fans (including some really famous ones) for their singular approach to making and selling jeans. In this video, they share the story of how their little business came to be. We recommend heading to Nashville for the ultimate souvenir—your own bespoke pair—but if that’s not in the cards, you can now shop the collection online.
